trouble getting free trial of photoshop CS3 to work

I am recieving emails from adobe giving me tips on my free trial of adobe photoshop cs3, however It never worked after I installed it. It gives me a choice of entering serial number or free trial and when I choose free trial this is the message I get: "error in loading free trial". I keep uninstalling and reinstalling and it does the same thing. My O.S. is Windows Vista Home premium with 1 Gig of RAM and 205 Gigs of hard drive space. Can someone have any suggestions on this problem?

I am also having the same problem, but on XP Pro with all updates installed. I downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended yesterday.

A problem was encountered while trying to load the trial period for Adobe Photoshop CS3.

Click Quit to see if restarting you computer or reinstalling the software fixes the problem. Otherwise, click Continue to display a screen where you can enter a valid serial number to begin using the product without trial.

Yes, I do. tried everything! Even installed different kind of software like Photoshop, Illustrator… All CS3, on different conputers….(Vista) Does not work !
Nice of you to say "enter a valid serial number". Then I have to buy it first… The trial doesn’t work.. what about the real stuff !!!
