On initially executing Photoshop CS, a dialog box appears with the
message:
"Memory could not be allocated for the activation process…." Click OK and Photoshop is terminated.

This is on a Windows XP. OS updated.

Frustrating!

Chuck

Contact Adobe. By updating some part of your computer or OS something changed enough that Photoshop CS requires re-activation. HTH.

Thanks, I will.

Notouchy,

Had to download a new copy of Photoshop CS and re-activate. Everything OK, now.

Thanks,
Chuck
