Just downloaded CS trial prior to deciding whether to purchase. I am having big problems with page size and printing. I have a HP 8250 and all defaults are set to A4 in printer settings.
I have also gone through the page setup in CS3 and set to A4. However CS3 insists on reseting backing to Letter size when I print. This results in only a square crop of the original image being printed out. The saem happens whether I use A4 or 6×4 paper. It prints approx 2/3 of the image.

Any ideas?

Welcome to the wonderful world of "Printing from Photoshop CS3™".

It is a dog’s dinner, which Adobe have sort of admitted to and are sort of preparing a fix. (Don’t hold your breath — several people have died of asphyxiation that way.)

Have a look at this thread and prepare to be amazed!
