I have both CSC and 7.1 on my computer. I want 7.1, because I still am using training tapes that refer to that version.

When I try to open a jpg file from Windows Explorer, there is no "Open with" choice, only "Open" whereby the file is opened in 7.1. How can I change this behavior? I want all jpgs to open in CS3 unless told otherwise.

Your help will be much appreciated. Thanks, Jeannine

You should be able to right-click and change the associations. A far better way would be to use Bridge instead. It was, after all, made to work with CS3 and image files.

Also. Once you’ve opened those Jpegs, save them in a lossless format such as TIFF. Repeatedly opening and saving as Jpegs will destroy your image detail.
