CS2 in Windows XP Pro
scanner: Epson perfection 2450 Photo
printer: Epson stylus Photo R1800
Problem:
mouse clicks: file > Open
CS2 window shows that layers are present, navigator says that whole document is visible. Nothing shows up on the stage. The stage is empty with no document present… and it is not off to the side of the stage. If one clicks on the Window menu it shows the document, but nothing is on the stage to work with.
Previous attempts to solve:
I have toured tutorials, help files, online files and forum files, but have been unable to find the solution to getting the display back. Even asked a techy to look at it… he remembers fixing it about a year ago, but can’t remember the solution.
