I have a school project due on Monday, and an answer asap would be really appreciated.
I’m using CS3 on a Vista, andusually, if I would just had CLOUDS, I would then be able to open the Filter Gallery and scroll through all of the filters. I’ve been trying to do a project for school, and a few hours ago, I was able to open up Filter Galleries on the fly, but now, I can’t open the Filter Galleries or even Lens Flare. Is there a reason why I can’t open the Filter Galleries now, or did I break photoshop?
