I would like to make month by month calendar pages with an image printed on each page.
I want to size the sheets to fit into a cd case (insert) approx 4 9/16 x 5 3/8 inches.
With the photo being about 2 x3 inch top centre and the calendar portion about 3 3/4 x 1 3/4 inch bottom centre.
I can of course setup the canvas dimensions to size in PS, and the photo to size, but I need a calendar template that will generate the months accurately. And it should be scaleable to fit within my design & page size. And I’d like to select the font.

Any help appreciated.

Posted on the other PS group too.

You are using the wrong tool for the job. Boy, are you ever using the wrong tool for the job.

This is a bit like saying "I need to be able to tighten a bolt in a hard-to-reach place, and remove the bolt easily. How can I use a hammer to do this?" The answer: You can’t. Don’t use Photoshop.

Your best bet is to use a dedicated calendar-generation program. Failing that, even something like Microsoft Excel would be a better choice than Photoshop!

You can use oil to cool your car and you can use oil to loose up a rusted flyer. So use it right then it can serve you more than what you think, but just to make sure do not use motor oil to fire your fish then you will be fine <g>

Of course Photoshop may not be the best tool for the job, but with right technique it can be done, and with right setting it can be a template for future use.

I understand and agree – I just thought it may be possible someone knows of a calendar generator that allows the page to be saved in a format that PS can open and then I could drop it onto a canvas with a photo
