Photoshop cs3 extended problem

I recently had to re install Photo Shop after I completely wipe my hard drive clean. The install went fine but the problem is the only way I can get the brush tools to work is to click on the right side of the mouse instead of the left side. It never did that before it just started after the re install. any suggestion?
