Before the options Ed mentioned will work the way you want though, you must use your Type Tool cursor to click-and-drag out a paragraph text box in your image.

Just using the Type Tool to click in your image will create un-boxed point text. Yes, you can justify point text, but it won’t be constrained to the area you desire, and you’ll need to insert manual line breaks.
