I have a jpg picture. Profile says it is sRGB IEC^ 1966-2.1 (8bpc), whatever that is. Document demisisions are 14.4 inchex x 10.8 inches (180 ppi).

If (for example), I select the shorts of one of the people in the picture. Then, Image, Adjustments, Replace color,
the Replace Color screen has selection checked and the preview is all black. I use the dropper and click on the area and the short now show up but moving the slider doesnt work at all.

Is there something I am missing and not doing correctly?
