I saw the feature tour for CS3 Extended today and am debating whether to upgrade from CS1. I liked the non-destructive thing they do now where you attach filters to layers instead of applying them directly to the layer. I was wondering if anyone knew if you could make selections to each layer, like for instance selecting the outer edge of a layer and applying a gauss blur to just that part of the layer.
