Can Photoshop track how long you have worked on a .psd file?

If it can’t are there any 3rd party ways of tracking it?

A simple, free way to do it in Windows is to create a TXT file in Notepad. Make the very first line in the file look like this:

.LOG

Every time you open the file, the current time and date are automatically appended to the end. It looks like this:

8:12 PM 9-7-03

You can add a notation, or simply save the file and close it. Put the file, or a link to the file, somewhere easy to find–like on the desktop.

This is a simple, low-impact way. There are more sophisticated methods.

How cool is that? I never knew that. Btw, it MUST be all caps.

Very nifty little tidbit there Harv.

yeah that’s cool but need a auto way of doing it.

Like you can with MS office files.

Then you need a third party solution.
