I really like the idea of being able to see previews of jpg images even as icon on the desktop.
(Win XP home – Photoshop 7)
But googling seems to indicate that the psicon.dll is causing the sudden spectacular crashes I’ve been having and upgrading to CS won’t really solve the problem.
Is there any alternative software that does about the same thing? – Make image preview icons that I can see in the desktop and in native explorer windows?
(Rather than kill it, I wish photoshop would opensource psicon.dll so it could be fixed.)
