Thanks in advice,

I would like a text color effect. I already saw it on magazines’ covers etc.

I have a photoshop file with background image. So I create a text level, and I brought it to front.

Now I would like my text color were complement to the background image, so when the text is on a black part of the background it will be white, when it will be on a red part of the background the text will be read and so on.

Thanks

Blend Modes at the top of the Layers palette. You might try Difference or Exclusion. Setting the color to a neutral gray might help. You’ll have to experiment to get the effect you want.
