unable to access the edit function

when i try to access the edit function it flashes up with error boxes saying could not load fastcore routines module,MMXcore routines module,multiprocessor suppoert module and could not start photoshop elements,all above can not be found according to the error messages.

how can i solve this problem?

That sound as though you have either copied a previous version’s plugiins to your plugins folder or set a previous versions plugins folder as an alternative plugins folder.
