I have Photoshop 5.5. When I try to save a file with the "save for the web" command my program locks up and I get the following message: Could not complete this operation because an unknown error occurred. It happens most of the time. The program locks up and I have to close it and open it up again. The size or the type of file doesn’t seem to matter. Any ideas as to what is wrong?
