I have CS and have been enjoying the features of the new file browser. Suddenly, (and I don’t think it was anything I did) the browsing window doesn’t show the non-image contents of directories any more, only images if the directory contains them. I have to use the explorer-like folders tab to descend into the file system.

What do I un-set to get it back to the way it was?

Thanks (again)

Roy.

Roy, look at the bottom left of the broswer window. You will see a double arrow kind of thing, click on that and you will get the left side of the window back.

Thanks Wes, but that isn’t the problem. The section of the file browser on the right, that displays thumbnails of images and icons for directories, is only showing the image thumbnails. If I browse to my Desktop, for example, the only files shown in that particular window are the 2 image files on my desktop. All other icons and directories are not shown, whereas they used to before!

Cheers,

Roy.

D’oh!!!

I had been trying the main View Menu, not the browser View Menu.

Silly me, and thanks for pointing it out Steve!
