I just got a new computer with Windows Vista Home Premium. I’ve tried to install my Photoshop CS2 on this computer. I selected the radial button that says the DVD with P’Shop CS2 is in the DVD drawer. It comes back with the error message "Cannot find the DVD on my computer. When I display the computer, Photoshop CS2 shows up on the DVD. I copied everything on the DVD to a folder on my hard drive and got another error message. I’m not sure what it was. I checked my administrative rights on the computer and it is "User with Administrative rights" so that is not the problem. I couldn’t remember how the password should be entered so I’ve tried it with the dashes separating numbers groups AND without dashes, to no avail. I’ve been a Photoshop user since 1995 and haven’t run into this before.
Anyone have any suggestion? I would really appreciate it.
