I’m using Photoshop 10.0.1 CS 3 Extended, running under Windows XP Professsional on a Dell XPS computer.
Seems to me that I used to be able to adjust brush size, making small incremental changes, by using the up-arrow and down-arrow keys. That is, with the brush tool selected, I could right-click when the brush was over a document, or summon the same dialog by clicking on the toolbar — getting the dialog that includes sliders for Master Diameter and Hardness, plus a bunch of different brush styles.
Now the up-arrow and down-arrow either have now effect, or just one press will produce an enormous change in the brush diameter.
Can you tell me how to restore the previous functionality, where the up-arrow and down-arrow keys made small changes in the brush size?
P.S. The right-arrow and left-arrow keys function as expected in that dialog; that is, they select different brush styles.
