nik effex in PSE5 and 6

I installed nik Effex into a plug-folder. Whenever I open PSE5 or 6 the nik filter opens up automatically even before I ope any images. How can I disable this?

There should be a button "Settings" in the filter window, where you can disable the auto start of the selective filter.
