I have not been able to get an acceptable print from Adobe CS3 to my Epson 2200 since I installed it. Up until now I had just opened the files in CS2 and printed from there with no problem but I did a clean Vista OS re-install and did not install CS2 and no matter what I try, cannot get a simple 5×7 or 8×10 photograph to print correctly.
I have tried letting the printer determine colors, letting Photoshop determine colors, and get the same washed out, green cast, orange reds, low contrast results. I have the most current CS3 10.01 version and most current Epson drivers. System information lists Windows NT as my OS but I am running Vista? Is this an identified printing bug not resolved in the 10.0.1 patch? I’ve wasted enough ink and paper and prefer to know if it is a CS3 or user error.
Adobe Photoshop Version: 10.0.1 (10.0.1×20071012 [20071012.r.1644 09:30:00 cutoff; r branch]) Operating System: Windows NT
