Photoshop will keep the audio in the file unless the frame rate has been changed via interpret footage. The audio can be hear on playback if you option click on the play button in the timeline. We do not show adio options in the QuickTime Settings dialogs because we do not change any of the audio setting in the export. Did you try rendering the file and playing it in QuickTime to see if the audio was there?
