How do I adjust a layer to where I can use my lighting filter? It seems when ever I crop, free transform, or make any adjustment to a layer I loose the ability to add a lighting filter. I can only do it to layers that have not been adjusted in any way.

Any info would be great. Thanks

G’day

I tried to emulate your problem to no avail! What version of PS are you using? Any chance of posting the problem psd?

regards

I have CS2 and also CS3. I did not know if there was something I could to the layer to where I could add the lighting filter. New untouched files…no problem. Once I add the file to a project and make it a layer…no lighting effects can be added.

Post it psd? I am not sure I understand the question.

Thanks for the help
