I noticed perhaps a bug. I have a few layers.
-I select a portion of the layer with the selection tool. -I then change to the Move utility and move the selection. -Finally I switch back to the Selection tool to move the rectangle marquee to another spot. However, it seems to be stuck in MOVE mode. The entire selection moves, not just the marquee. I have tried different key presses to perhaps unstick it, but with no luck.
