Size to big when useing cloning tool

When I use the cloning tool to take a sugject from one photo and put them in another, the sudject is too big for the pic it is going in. Is there a way to reduce the size so it looks proportioned.

Go under Image and check the resolution in image size option. The resolution for both pictures should be the same.
