Raw Files Default to Black and White

In the last couple of days, it seems that all of my raw colors pictures default to black and white when I import them into Photoshop. The same phenomenon occurs in Light Room. I’m sure it’s a setting I’m missing however, I’ve already spend hours trying to figure out the problem. I even found a way to delete my preferences file without success. What am I missing? Thanks!

Camera Setup?

Check your camera, you may have set it to shoot B&W and LR and PS will default to that setting.
