update to CS3 v. 10.0.1

I know it would be a good idea to update my PS CS3 but have only a dial-up connection and don’t have an intense desire to spend several hours downloading 72.8 MB. Do I have any other options?

Grab it using a laptop at a Starbucks or some other place with a fast connection, and burn it to a disk?
