I have Creator 3.4.1 and using it plug-in for RGBFormat.8BI. I use this in order to get rgba to work properly in Creator. In CS 2 the Creator plug-in can read in and write out images with no problems. In CS 3 rgb read in fine, but the rgba does not read in and I get the following message: Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document. Is this a known problem and being worked on?
Thank you

Hello again,
I think I found a work around for reading in the rgba format file. I used the "Open As" and picked the Creator plug-in. I do not why I have to this now when CS 2 was able to handle it correctly. I hope this is a clue for future updates.
