Same problem with CS3 Web Premium. Tried the steps described in kb401528 but it did (of course) not work.

I’m really getting tired of all problems with Adobe products.

Hi there,

I have the same Error, Adobe Device Central CS3 is giving error-Licensing for this product has stopped working. You cannot use this product. you must repair the problem by uninstalling this product or contatct you IT administrator.

All other CS3 products are working fine and only this one is playing up. I have tried reinstalling the whole suite. Tried the steps mentioned in KB401528

any solution to the issue is appreciated.

I don’t know if this helps, but installing the ‘the Flash Lite 3.0 Update for Device Central CS3’ from
http://www.adobe.com/support/devicecentral/downloads.html cured this problem for me.
