The drections sound pretty clear to me–IR Admin or Adobe Customer Service.

These forums comprise neither, however there is a "Contact Adobe" link at the top of every page on the Adobe Website.

Good luck!

This is not new. There are several explanations for this message which, like so many error messages from computers systems, may be misleading.

It crops up regularly on this forum and some have cleared the problem themselves with a little guidance from fellow-sufferers.

I would first do a forum search to find what helped others. If you don’t find anything, try googling the message – you’ll be amazed what you find.

"Licensing for this product has stopped working" can be caused by the lack of the "bypass traverse checking" right for that user in user rights assignment (for Photoshop CS3 10.0.1, Vista). This is currently not listed amongst Adobe’s cures.. but not too many people play with user rights.
