In the history pallet the snapshop thumbnail is black. When I click on it the picture goes to black also.
If I convert to LAB the picture is black in the Lightness channel but there is some information in the A and B channel. The result is that the LAB image is black and unusable.
This is CS3 vers 10.0 and 10.0.1 in Windows XP
