Photoshop keeps asking for registration

I registered Photoshop CS2 when I initially installed it. All seemed to go well. Since then every time I start the program, it tries to get me to register again. Anoying but solved by clicking on don’t register. How can I make this go away?

Have you only installed it once on that machine?

Turn off UAC and then register.
