from several directories in cs3 bridge. the files are still there, and can be opened randomly, by simply clicking on the blank bridge screen. This is only a recent problem with three of the many directories of image files. Preferences are all set the same, and the files show up in explorer. None of the attributes are set to "hidden". ???

Thanks

Charles

Search subject in the Bridge forum and I think you will find similar posts.

Well, thanks for the advice. I did do a search in bridge and found nothing related. I posted a new message on that forum, but no one has replied.

🙁

Must be under different name as I did not see your post there. Repost in that forum and perhaps restate problem. Don’t get exactly what you are seeing or not seeing.

I removed the post. Didn’t get an answer, but I did find a solution under "missing folder". In reality the neither the folder or files were missing, but the thumbnails simply refused to load. The solution someone else came up with was to simply exit bridge, rename the folders, then open bridge again. Like magic, the thumbnails reappeared. Go figure…

That would force a rebuild of the cache.
