I despair of finding a solution.

I have a server 2003 Std R2

My client PC who use software such as Photoshop CS3, InDesign C3, Dreamweaver have upon registration files on the server an error message:

if the process can not access the file because it is used by another process

If I look on the server, a temporary file is created but 0Ko. I can delete a file against a record becomes inaccessible with the message above.

Park against after a few minutes, I can access anouveau still not save it.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Since this is a USER TO USER forum, not Adobe support, and as the only way another user could reply is if they had that EXACT problem and also had a solution, you may need to contact Adobe for help

In the US – Adobe General support 800-833-6687
In the US – Adobe Install Problems 800-642-3623

They told me to save the file on my hard c

that’s been pretty standard advice from adobe for years bremer. it’s always best to save locally then copy to the server later, letting windows use it’s own integrity checking methods when copying.
