I don’t know what kind of camera you have…but it should be possible to open a file on the camera in Photoshop. However, it is a bad idea.
Can’t you load your photos onto your computer through your camera software and open the photos in Photoshop from there?
Need more info about the camera, and what Ohad is trying to do.
"Tethered" sounds like the operant word, from what I can gather, and is something studio photographers do all the time.

If you have a Nikon (many models), you can do this with Nikon Capture (my copy is 4, but I think that there are newer versions). This is NOT in Photoshop, but in Nikon Capture. It contains some Photoshop-like functions, but I just use it to view and capture, then work on my images in PS.
I also *think* that Canon offers software for tethered shooting with computer preview.
There could well be some third-party apps out there.
