PhotoShop will convert it to just about any format you want.

i am afraid you will have to download a trial from photoshop and resave it. unless there is a converter available for psp to open psd-files. try to find on on www.google.com

try using irfanview www.irfanview.com ….it’ll open psp files and it’s FREE!!!

Hmmmm. I have ver.7.04 psp. I can open .psd files made with PS ver 6, with layers intact etc. I don’t remember any special plugins or anything, but with my memory?????
I can also open .psd files with a free viewer called Irfanview. Just do a search and download Irfanview and all the plugins and you’ll be good to go.

What version of PSP do you have? I have v8.0 and can open psd files with no problems.
