My company purchased three CS3 licenses. I’ve read the activation FAQs but I dont see anywhere that explicitly states what would happen if a 4th became activated.

Example: 3 serials exist, 3 copies have been activated. 2 are actively used. 4th person enters, uses one of the said 3 serials and then activates.

Will it let me activate?

Will the last person (of the four) to open up photoshop be required to re-activate?

Will I ever be nagged if only 3 are in use at any given point?

you have up to 2 activations per license. this assumes that they won’t be in use at the same time.

you shouldn’t be nagged at all if you only have 2 activations per license.

you read the license agreement. look at it this way, you’re getting paid to read this boring junk! 🙂

It will activate but you will clearly be violating the license. You get two activations per license but only for the use of a single person.

This allows the user to install on a work machine as well as a laptop or home machine.
