I get a message on my computer that there’s an update to install, but when I attempt to install it, it goes through the motions of installing itself, then says it couldn’t install itself and that I have to reinstall the original product so that it can install itself. I’m very reluctant to go through the whole installation process all over again, so I’m curious if there’s any other way to get these updates. This is a registered product by the way, in my name.
