I’m sorry to trouble this newsgroup with what is probably a trivial question, but I have an immediate need to overlay one image on top of another, blending the two — like the effect you’d get if you double-exposed a film negative.
I have no idea how to to do this, and poking around the online help file isn’t giving up quickly, any clues. Usually, when I poke around in Photoshop (6.0), I find it pretty undecipherable. So, I don’t hold out much hope for figuring this out on my own.
Could anyone point me to a good online tutorial that might explain how I can do this? Or if it’s fairly straight-forward and someone would like to outline the instructions here, I’m all ears.
Oh well… guess that’s it. Thanks ahead of time to anyone that might be able to help me out.
