I have CS3 and use a 3800 for my work. Whenever I set an image to print the preview displaces the image to the left and up about 1 cm. no other application I have does this.

I am using windows XP on a dual core PC. From what I can tell it is a problem with photoshop as I have now problems printing with other applications.

Mmh, what’s a 3800? Epson? HP? Something else? sounds like your printer driver is not correctly reporting its supported regions and rasterization capabilities, which may not affect stuff handled via Windows GDI printing, but could pose a problem via PostScript… Have you attempted another driver or at least creating a second "printer" with different settings?

Hi…. I had the same problem,,, the left side was being cropped and it was was being printed "slightly up"……

This sorted it for me….

Goto File menu….then down to Print with Preview"
Make sure that when you are looking at the Scaled Print Size section (just to the right of the preview pic) that the box marked "Scale To Fit Media" has a tick in it.
Once I did this , my pics printed out correctly.

Cheers
