Is there a plug-in or tool where I can superimpose a decorative frame, like a picture frame, on top of a photoshop image?

MacBook Pro 16” Mockups 🔥

– in 4 materials (clay versions included)

– 12 scenes

– 48 MacBook Pro 16″ mockups

– 6000 x 4500 px

My favorite resource is Google < http://www.google.com/search?q=photoshop+decorative+frame+pl ugin>.

I don’t think Rob’s comment was intended to be anything but helpful. There are plenty of options and good leads from the Google link above.

This kind of question is best answered by Google. Now if you were seeking a human response that conveyed particular experience to do a particular task that you have not fully explained, a forum response would be more useful than a Google result.

I created a script for my own use a while back to add decorative frames to images. It uses pre-designed patterns to create the frame and was originally designed for images from my Nikon D70 and D200. It can be easily modified for images of different sizes.

The script comes with a set of frame patterns and there are two more sets of patterns available for download. There is a readme file with instructions for use and on how to modify the script for different image sizes.

You can download the script and extra pattern sets from this link;

<http://www.georgedingwall.co.uk/pages/Downloads.html>

The script was made in two versions for CS1 and CS2, but the CS2 version works in CS3. Not tried it in CS4.

If you have any trouble with the script please feel free to email me. My address can be found on my homepage.

Thanks for the input. I chose to go with AutoFX, but am having serious problems.

I recently purchased the Photo/Graphic Edges 6.0 software from AutoFX, can be found here: <http://www.autofx.com/products/pge/detail.html>

I am running Windows XP with 2G of RAM. I am using this s/w as a stand-alone app, as opposed to a plugin for Adobe Photoshop.

The problem is that the program randomly crashes quite frequently, resulting in the following pop-up error message:
Windows XP pops up with the following:
PGE_6 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost. Please tell Microsoft about this problem. We have created an error report that you can send to us. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and still have the same issues. I’ve searched and found a thread from a couple of years ago where someone else had the same problems. I fear that this may be a software issue. Here is the link to what I found:
< http://graphicsgalaxy.com/forums/thepluginsite/viewtopic.php ?t=1604>

I posted on the above thread and also submitted a problem report to Auto FX.

No other program on my computer crashes randomly like this.

Any suggestions?

Thanks so much,
Angela
