did you ever get an answer to this? i’m having the exact same problem and i have three scratch drives available, each with a MINIMUM of 19GB of free space. i even tried turning into a flat image with no layers at all and trimming out the background until the whole thing is only 1024 x 768. it’s driving me nuts!!!!!

rhonda, nope, no answer for this… think it’s a major flaw of the program hopefully it will be fixed when i get my cs4

but taking john’s advice, instead of save for web, i tried save as… it went thru… but that’s not exactly it, the problem is still there, it’s just a work around…

trypt wang, I wouldn’t count on that. I just upgraded to CS4 (just to solve this damn problem) and still have it…
