I have gotten the hang of going from Digital Color to B&W in Photoshop, but I am still trying to figure out the best paper to use. I have an Epson 2200… the color looks great in glossy, but I don’t like how b&w looks… I think the Epson Heayweight Matte paper is OK, but I was hoping for something a little better when I am doing portraits. So far I have had no luck using anything but Epson paper on the 2200. Any suggestions out there for an alternate matte paper that will actually perform on the 2200?
Thanks,
Steve

Have you tried the premium luster? I’m sold on it.

that’s a good idea… I don’t think I ever tried premium luster for B&W. Do you like it better for color than the premium glossy?
