My CS3 works fine but..

I recently purchased a full edition of Photoshop CS3 extended and run it on Vista. Soon I hope to receive the free upgrade to CS4.

CS3 works fine except that whenever I close the program I get a message saying that Photoshop CS3 has stopped working and Vista is searching for a problem?

I know it has stopped working because I closed the program myself

Any ideas as to why this is happening.

Hmm check to see if the process is still running, do you have any other software running that may conflict with it, are there any special modifications you have made to vista, and run something like cc cleaner. You should be able to find something..
