I am very new to this program. Using PS CS2. I have created a small box and filled it with color, now I have added text. I cannot seem to get the text to sit in the center. I can justify it left-right, but cannot seem to get it to align top-bottom.

Please go easy on me as I will not understand any advanced terminology.

Please make instruction as simple as you are patient to do.
