Just noticed this while slicing an image for web use:

The numbering for each slice (with View -> Show -> Slices checked) is distorted at any magnification level, including 100%. It looks as if CS4 is trying to anti-alias the numerals, but not rendering them correctly.

Oddly, the numerals get nice and crisp WHILE MOVING the window, but go fuzzy again as soon as the mouse button is released and the window is repainted.

I’ve posted a screen shot showing this at:

www.pixartweb.com/sample3.html <http://www.pixartweb.com/sample3.html>

I’m running Vista (32 bit) with 4GB RAM and an nVidia GeForce 8600GT (512MB) video card having the most current driver (7.15.11.7824).

The slice numbering is distored whether OpenGL is enabled or disabled, and with or without Proof Colors selected.

Ugly indeed. Never noticed any such thing on my systems, though (but then again, I have not done web stuff in a while). Please report the issue on the official bug report form, also:

Mark VO, Have you heard anything more about this? This is really annoying. Thanks
