My graphic card is "Ati Mobility Radeon XPRESS 200 series. Can someone help me? I don’t know what to do 🙁

Photoshop does not make 3D. It paints on existing 3D models with image maps. Read the manual for more info.

As Jim suggested, read the help. PS is not a modeling program, it just provides facilities for rendering and texturing, for which you can import external 3D models in a number of formats or use some geometric primitives. For your example you may e.g. wish to use your text as a displacement map on a plane. You could also create a volume object from it…

While I will say that what the OP wants isn’t do able in Photoshop. You can doing it using Illustrator and Photoshop, but not Photoshop alone. However, Jim isn’t 100% correct either. Photoshop does have some limited 3D creation capabilities. One of which is turning a flat photo of say the Grand Canyon in to a 3D plane that one can then move through in 3D space. You can also mape flat photos to simple 3D objects like spheres, etc.

However, Jim is also correct that Photoshop isn’t like Maya, etc. it doesn’t create complex 3D models and things like that. It is more to complement applications like Maya, etc.

BTW if you would like to see the photo to 3D plane feature in action take a look at:

It is actually a pretty cool option.

Every Photoshop user should spend time on Russell Brown’s site and check back there regularly.

Some find his art of presentation strange but he is a great source of tips and tricks.

Not surprising, considering his background.

Yah. thought it was pretty cool. The one on that site for creating spherical panoramas was also interesting. Here is the link to the site:
