cs4 on XP sp3 move & re-draw

Hi
I run cs4 on xp sp3 and it runs good

but i don’t like the re-draw behavior

for example if i zoom , and whith the hand tool i move the photo photoshop re-draws the angles

is there a way to disable this behavior ?

In some cases yes, in some not. This is related to how the hardware accelerated functions are synced to the rest of the screen redraw. Depending on your screen layout and general graphics config, you may disable/enable the "wait for vsync" and similar options and see if it makes any difference…

I tried to disable wait for vsync but nothing

Don`t know, if I understand the OP right. In my case if I move a large image with the hand tool (maybe flick-panning) I sometimes get to extremely blurry areas that get redrawn and sharp after maybe half a second. Why is that? Is it because of not enough graphics memory (but I have 512MB)?

Yes i have the same behavior
when i use the hand tool and i zoomed photoshop re-draws the angles(corners) of the image
