Not sure if the right forum.
Using studio’s PSCS4 with Intuos3 6×11 tablet (love it!)

Ok…I can paint with the brush tool., etc and all the painting matches the brush size cursor and softness/hardness, but when I use the clone tool-no matter the brush size it only clones as a tiny, hard-edged brush, usually just the size of the crosshair in the cursor circle and only with hard edges.
I’ve checked settings..all is fine. The weird thing though…I grab the wired USB Logitech mouse and the clone tool works like its supposed to-brush size and hardness as I selected….go back to the tablet and I get the same tiny, hard-edged brush.
I’ve reset prefs, checked the brushes palette for any setting I might have missed, but nothin’

any ideas amongst all ya experts??

By the way…CS4 rocks!!! Just the canvas rotate tool is enough to make it worth the upgrade for retouchers.

Thanks ya’all

Are you using a pen on the tablet or the mouse?
