I am painting with the brush tool, (using the brackets to adjust the diameter of the brush) when the screen diameter of the brush becomes larger than about 60 pixels the cursor begins to disappear on the bottom right. More of the cursor disappears as the brush diameter increases. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

I’m having the same problem, any brush size over about 60 pixels only shows the top left quarter of the preview.

It`s a known problem that can be solved by updating to the latest graphics driver.

This graphics driver you speak of, where do I get this? Is it an Adobe thing? Or do I contact the manufacturer of my graphics card?

Brian,
if you have a nvidia card, go to:

Thanks Stefan, that solved the problem.

Never would have thought to update the graphics card but I guess with CS4s hardware acceleration I should be keeping the drivers up to date.
